So OK wow – it seems that the world is trying to get back to normal at last huh? I love that they are lifting mask restrictions in CT, NY and now MA. OK, at least in theory I love it. I guess we shall see in a few weeks whether that is going to create another spike in hospitalizations leading to mask restrictions going back into place, or if we are indeed finally almost out of the woods on this Covid thing. Even though I am fully vaccinated and theoretically more than 80 some-odd percent protected, I for one am still wearing a mask in my local grocery store, Tractor Supply, post office, and any place else I see more people in them than not. But I am definitely cautiously optimistic that this is going to be an awesome summer!

Mostly, I’m REALLY hoping to be able to do some of the things that I love most in the summer – like going to the movies or to a lake or beach with friends and family.  I definitely look forward to hitting roller coasters or the water park at Six Flags and OMG – I AM DYING TO GO TO CONCERTS!

Mock stage dive at 2019 Warped Tour!!

Those of you who know me well understand that I have been in a state of musical withdrawal for well over a year now! I am still holding tickets (and my breath) for quite a few shows that have been rescheduled from last year like: “Palaye Royale”, Melissa Etheridge, the “Sad Summer Tour” featuring “All Time Low”, “One Direction” singer “Harry Styles”, “Simple Plan”, and even a multi-day concert festival in Chicago called “Riot Fest” that my favorite concert-going  buddy and I are very excited about!! I also ALREADY have tickets for several shows that have been pushed out to 2022!  “My Chemical Romance” being the one I think I am MOST stoked about. I love that band and I am holding tickets to see them not once, but twice next year!  Woohoo!

And yes, I freely admit that I have unusual musical tastes for a woman of… ahem… a certain age, but I also discovered that I have a yearning for adventurous things like crowd surfing, parasailing, ziplining through rain forests, and shark diving! Sadly we wanted to do that on our recent Hawaiian vacation but couldn’t make the scheduling work (bummer!).  So I guess I’ll have to keep that one on my bucket list a bit longer. (grin)

The Makapuu Point Light house climb or as my slave called it – “The death march to the top of hell”

Speaking of Hawaii – OMG I SO needed that vacation!  Yes, it was a bit of a hassle racing around to get Covid tests 72 hours before flying and having to bring a mask with you everywhere you went (while still trying to get away from it all), but it was definitely a very welcome and breath-taking change of scenery!  We didn’t do any of my normal daredevil stuff but we did get in a LOT of walking and hiking.  I logged nearly 170k steps on my Fitbit in one week!  We climbed to the top of Diamondhead, as well as up to the Makapuu Point Lighthouse. Both were fairly decent elevations for me and my five traveling companions! We also kayaked a river on the north shore that had a ton of sea turtles. Went to Waimea Valley to swim in a waterfall, the Polynesian Cultural Center, Sea Life Park and of course, the obligatory luau! But my favorite part was spending quality time with my wonderful slave/husband, as well as some of my dearest family members; two of whom had birthdays while we were away!  Yay!!  While we may have only done one island, we did the HELL out of it – lol!  To be honest I am definitely not in a hurry to fly back and spend more than 24 hours roundtrip with my butt in an airline seat anytime soon!  But as far as vacations go it was truly a wonderful one that I will always remember. Check out some of the photos I shared in my blog post here: Home from Hawaii

It is really great to be home now though, and did I mention that I am fully vaccinated and looking forward to welcoming some new and some familiar faces I have not seen in a long time back into the dungeon?  (lol hint hint) Well, I am REALLY itching to have some kinky fun again and look forward to doing so with people who are also vaccinated so that we can enjoy our time together without freaking Covid masks! I had a couple of visitors recently and enjoyed musing about some of the things I missed most about unmasked play in my most recent blog post; Getting back to normal, Could it be?

I  also feel like that adventurous spirit of mine is one of the things that helps keep me young at heart and gives me a thirst to try novel things in and out of the dungeon. While I admittedly haven’t been spending a ton of money on new toys during the past year I have still added a few select items and reorganized a bunch of things I have had a long time and not used as much as I would like.  Let’s face it – when you have pretty much been on lockdown for over a year – EVERYTHING that isn’t home feels new again.  Haha!

I do still enjoy adding new skills to my arsenal and picking up new ideas from other dominants.  In fact I attended a zoom class last night on “Fear Play” which had some delightfully evil suggestions and while I know that fear play is definitely not for everyone, it did make me truly nostalgic for my “subbie richie” who simply loved to be scared shitless!  OMG you would not believe some of the truly terrible things I did to that guy – and he totally loved me for it. 😉

Anyway, back to the welcoming people back here – don’t be afraid, I promise I can still play nice too <grin> – I am welcoming people who are fully vaccinated, and can prove it, to come play without masks.  If you are not vaccinated you will be required to be double masked for the duration; your own mask and one I place over to insure yours stays in place, and yes I promise you will still be able to breathe.  😊   I am however extending the lead time and asking appointments to be made at least 4 or 5 business days in advance and I am requiring a 1/3 deposit to be paid via Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp, Paypal or Amazon gift card. Details on those options can be found here – Deposit info. I am also charging surcharges for certain activities that are messier, more supply intensive, technically involved or just plain “grey area” & naughtier than your standard kink fare.  Many of them are detailed on the Pre Scene Negotiation form now but if you don’t see what your curious about – just ask me.

All that said, if you think you would like to get together for some well-deserved stress reduction, sometime in the next few weeks or month – let me know.  Since I am scheduling further in advance than usual it is prudent to drop me a note as soon as you have a date in mind.  In fact, you may have to book a couple weeks ahead of time to get a slot or a day that works for you.  Drop me a note if you have any questions or want to inquire about a particular date.

And for those of you not ready to venture back into the dungeon I still have the ability to do Niteflirt calls on occasion (although admittedly live sessions WILL ALWAYS win out in that contest). I also have a LOT of Photo Galleries for sale on Niteflirt that you could peruse.  Or perhaps you might want to read one of educational tutorials or my sexy fantasies to get your kinky wheels turning again.  Speaking of which, I promise that I will be adding more to the Lockdown fantasy Part 1   and Lockdown Part 2  in my next blog post.

OK – I think that is all for now.  I hope you and your loved ones are all doing well and are looking forward to a breath of fresh air as summer heads our way.  I also hope to see you and hug, tie, bind, slap, flog, peg, spank, cane, tickle, examine, torment and tease you really soon!!
