So last week I attended a four day kink event called WOW – aka “Weekend of Wickedness” at my beloved Easton Mountain Lodge and I had the most amazing time! 🙂 It was Brett’s first time at Easton and I really enjoyed walking the grounds with him and showing him some of my favorite spots. We camped on the property since all the rooms had been sold out for this weekend for 2 years and we hadn’t signed up until a few months ago. But even that was fun, although a bit chilly one or two mornings. LOL my undying thanks to the new friend that lent us an extra layer for the air mattress!

My favorite part of the weekend had to be reconnecting with old friends and making a bunch of new ones! The event was organized by my wonderful friend Mayafire of MK Desires who I knew from her years at APEX (Albany Power Exchange). I have always had the best times at her events; Summer Bash, Winter Frolic, The Capital Ball etc. They are always casual, comfy, well organized, totally drama free and just loads of freaking fun! Yes there are a few educational classes, but not so many that it’s overwhelming or hard to decide what to attend. You are totally free to go or not go and relax by the pool or play outside in the sunshine (OMG I missed that so much!) Also, I love being able to just enjoy spending time with kinky people and not have to do make up or fetish wear if I don’t feel like it. “Casual kink” is so delightful because as I have always told my Brett – (at least for me) “It’s not about the clothes”.

Speaking of classes, my dear, dear friend Maggie came back all the way from the Netherlands to teach a class called “Aging Dis-gracefully” which she did a really great job on. There were several great things to ponder as none of us are getting any younger. <grin> I attended a couple other classes that were very good. I was particularly impressed with Master Dex’s whip class and his handling skills. So much so that I actually asked if he would let me be a “whip catcher” for him in the dungeon Friday night for a bit. It had probably been over 15 years since I had let someone else throw whips at me, and I had forgotten how much I love the feel of a very well handled whip. He had the perfect touch with it and ramped it up perfectly until I was actually delightfully floaty. I kind of wish he wasn’t living down in Florida now. (sigh)

I also got to top quite a few times over the weekend, and enjoyed a few fun firsts! My dear Maggie and I played EVERY evening for a bit but the second night a very close friend of hers (Madame Hope) asked if I would co top Maggie with her. She had never done a co topping scene and it worked pretty well because we were both pretty familiar with our mutual friend, so we flowed pretty well together. Maggie is always fun to play with because she brings a great mix of sass and playful energy to the scene. I have missed her so much since she moved out of the country so it was awesome to catch up with her so well last week.

The next night I got to do a co-topping pegging / oral service scene with Madame Hope on a really lovely bottom of hers and that was a first for me. I had never really done ass play or dildo play in public before but the bottom seemed to truly enjoy it and has promised to ask permission to write me a little something to use here. (fingers crossed)

Another memorable scene was a round robin of whip handlers. Master Dex. Mistress Sno, another very talented Domina and myself circled around a series of submissives one after the other while hitting them high and low and everywhere between. It was thrilling to be a part of and I was told by several people beautiful to watch, which is always nice to hear. 🙂

I think though one of my favorite encounters was with one of Easton’s staff members. I guess he had expressed interest to Mayafire in experiencing some of this stuff for a first time and she asked me if I could give him an introduction. I of course was honored that out of all the experienced and highly skilled tops there that she asked me, and I was delighted to take him over to a cross, connect with each other through our breath and eye contact and then give him a mild introduction to flogging. I did ramp it up enough to get his attention toward the end and to show him that it’s important to be able to make sure he plays with someone that can read his body language but also that he must be able to express himself if things got too intense. 🙂 I loved the expressions and energetic feedback I was getting from this sweet and charming newbie. Yum!

I made so many awesome new friends and am hoping that some of those connections will lead me to attending more events in the near future. I definitely miss being more active in the lifestyle scene and since some of the Covid restrictions are beginning to lift… it seems like that may be possible again. Sadly I didn’t really take many pics – It was not appropriate or allowed to get pics of others at the event and well to be honest – I spent most of the weekend wearing very little clothing and absolutely no make up / Domme gear except for the one evening when these two were taken. If you look very carefully you may be able to see a few faint whip marks on my back but they faded very quickly! 🙂
