Ok I am REALLY getting excited now! My favorite concert buddy and I are heading out to Las Vegas Nevada on Friday the 20th to attend the 2nd “When We Were Young Festival” on both Saturday and Sunday!! Yes, I purchased tickets for both days – last year sadly one of the days had to be cancelled due to high winds and I am not taking any chances that I would go all the way there and NOT get to do this! This years headliner’s are Green Day and Blink 182 but I am also stoked to see Simple Plan and Pierce the Veil and so many other amazing pop punk – emo bands!
We went last year and had a truly amazing time! It was my first time in Vegas and although I am not a gambler I still had fun walking around and checking out “The Strip”. This year we also want to check out the newly opened Punk Rock Museum while we are there and of course the Sphere. 🙂
So I am totally stoked, and while I was at it I thought it might be a good time to lay a bit of schedule info on you, in case like me you are looking ahead at the next couple of weeks. As of right now I have openings on Oct 26th, 27th, 30th and 31st but the rest of the first week of Nov is booked with family visits. Now if the weather looks particularly good far a date without a deposit, Brett and I may yank one or more of those days to continue hiking the AT. We are three 4 – 6 mile hikes away from the Mass border and it is starting to get chilly so I am anxious to “get er done”! So book soon if you want to see me before Nov! 🙂
Ok I am off to run some errands and get some pre packing / planning done. In the near future I’ll be sharing some pics from and AMAZING 4 HOUR CBT session that I did recently! Holy shit that was fun! 🙂
