So first, I have to explain my featured image and the big grin on my face in this pic. My godchild started getting into karting about 6 months ago and I have taken them to the tiny little RPM place in Poughkeepsie, NY a few times, and the kid has a few times nudged me saying “You should try it, I think you’d like it”.

But, to be honest I wasn’t sure I that I was cut out for that kind of thing. Crowd surfing, huge concert festivals, zip lining, ropes courses etc. sure. But karting seemed a bit like a “kids thing”. LOL Well, I took her to the one in Stamford Connecticut yesterday and OMG that place is huge! So yes, I decided to try it for the first time and although I came in dead last both races – I didn’t actually die! And most importantly. I didn’t crash into anyone else in the process! hahaha

The first run was just getting the hang of how the car handled and learn the track. It was a bit tricky getting used to the ‘two foot’ thing. The second race I managed to shave 10% off my average time, which I am told is not bad for a nervous newbie! 😉 It was totally a blast! And while my adorable husband was cutely supportive (hence the chalkboard message), he has absolutely no interest in trying it with me. <grin> While I definitely do not need a new expensive & addictive hobby, (because it is definitely a bit pricey!) I still have a feeling I will try that again before too long.

Anyway, I have a whole lot of other cool stuff happening this coming year that I want to share with you so you can mark your calendars with me and plan accordingly.

First the professional trainings. I have just enrolled in an online Yoga Breath Coach Certification Course that starts tomorrow and runs nearly two weeks. It is with Lucas Rockwood of YogaBody.com who I think is a really remarkable educator. If I pass the course (and I intend to study really hard to get good grades because I am a type A personality after all<wink>) I will have a much deeper understanding of how breath affects the body physiologically and how to manipulate it to achieve the desired results. I will also then be certified to teach breath work to others! I am definitely pretty excited about that. Check out this little blurb about it-

Also, I am enrolled in Barbara Carrellas’ Urban Tantra Professionals Training Program!! I have wanted to do this course for years but the timing and finances never aligned before, but this year I am committed and can hardly wait! This one will be an in person immersive 6 day program at my beloved Easton Mountain NY from Nov 3-9th. I am very much looking forward to spending a week with Barbara whom I have known and loved for close to twenty years. (Huge shout out to my sweet slave BM for his help on this!)

I think that these two courses will play nicely off each other allowing me to help others to dive even deeper into the breath and energy work to achieve greater health, relaxation and just really super experiences. 😉 I can’t wait to share with you all what I learn and integrate it into my BDSM sessions!

But all work and no fun is definitely not Suze’s style, so you KNOW there are some concerts in my calendar, right?! Hell YES!!

Starting with Pierce the Veil in Massachusetts on May 30th. I am also seeing Avril Lavigne, Simple Plan and WE THE KINGS June 27th at Bethel Woods (I would LOVE it is someone wanted to join me on the lawn for that one – just saying! 😉

But my big festival this year is going to be Warped Tour DC June 14 & 15th!! I am driving down with my bonus daughter and will have to take a day or two on both sides to rest and recoup but I am unbelievably excited about the line up already and they have not even finished the big reveal yet! Ughh they are killing me with this but have promised to have the whole lineup revealed by Feb 26th! Already though I am psyched about – We the Kings, Games We Play. Mod Sun, Asking Alexandria, Silverstein, Escape the Fate, Royal & the Serpent, and of course Avril and Simple Plan.

I also and REALLY looking forward to Summer WOW – Weekend of Wickedness this year from July 9 – 13th! I am blessed to be treated to the event by one of my favorite masochists Rob C. whom I have been lucky enough to play with many times. He craves more abuse to his cock and balls than ANYONE I have ever met and OMG that man pushes MY limits!! <grin> It’s also just my favorite type of kink event – great venue & food, small knowledgeable, experienced and friendly crowd, but low key on the dress code etc so you can feel super relaxed and just have a ton of fun!

And finally, we also have a very special family event happening in mid Oct that will have us driving down to Tennessee for several days to a week. We totally look forward to celebrating a family wedding and it happens to correspond with our 5th anniversary! So it will double as a lovely chance to get away and celebrate five years of Brett putting up with everything that goes along with being in a relationship with me. So many people tell him he is lucky but man, somedays I think he got the shorter end of the stick but I am grateful he loves me (and our 7 cats) the way that he does! LOL

Ok that is all I have on the schedule at the moment but I of course have to offer you up a bit of something gallery wise right? This mini gallery is of one of my newer play mates who has been coming pretty regularly but who we have to be cautious about identifiable ink in pics. 😉 He is definitely a lot of fun and each session we have been pushing the pain play just a bit further. He is really doing great with that!
