The incomparable Master R of La Domaine Esemar, served a sumptuous five course,  “fairly” formal dinner last night to which I was privileged to be invited. The table setting was lovely, the company delightful and the meal was absolutely marvelous! I am sadly under educated when it comes to exquisite meals and the details of the meals will be mostly lost in translation but here is what I recall.  The meal started with a lovely broth that had pheasant egg drops and pheasant sausage in it along with a nice light white wine. 

Then there were two delicious ducks courses one that was paired with tasty black trumpet mushrooms (I am especially fond of those) and the other had another type of mushroom that I was less wild about but still very good! There was also a delightful salad and some delectable sorbet with coconut cream in it served with a wonderful glass of champagne…

oh and I seemed to have neglected to mention that the table centerpiece was an absolutely lovely female slave, hogtied and totally naked but for a thong, an exquisite pair of black shoes and wrists and ankle cuffs!

This sweet little centerpiece served not only as decoration for the table during this fabulous meal but also as between course entertainment while myself and the other guests including her handsome and charming Master took turns teasing and tormenting her.
