OMG I LOVE summer! Ok I am not crazy about the weather swings we have been having here but for the most part .. I love getting out and enjoying long summer days and cool nights. Geocaching adventures, swims in the local lake, puttering around my garden .. but I especially adore summer concert festivals!

This year marks the last full cross country tour of Warped Tour. I do not know how this one has eluded my radar for so many years but my favorite teenager and I are totally making up for it this year by attending this 10 hour 6 stage, 70 or so bands music fest not once but twice! We did it in Hartford 2 weeks ago and we are slated to head down to Long Island tomorrow to overnight so we can get up at the crack of dawn to head over to find parking and do our best to be everywhere we can possibly be and pack in as much insanity as we are physically able ALL DAY SATURDAY! I for one am totally excited. Having gotten a bit of experience on the first go round .. I now have an even better idea of what I am up against and will be picking up a 6 pack of Red Bull and 5 hour energy drinks to bring with. (Hey it’s a long freaking day and I am not getting any younger!)

Most of the pics from the first day out have the kid in them so I can’t / won’t share those but I will share a shot of the Q & A session with the new “fave” band Palaye Royale as well as the one of the lead singer Remington “crowd surfing”.  He’s a bit nuts for sure but fairly entertaining.  I am not as wild about them as the kid however seeing her freak out when she got hugged by them and swear to me this day “made her life” (not just her week, month or year – her LIFE!)  kind of made my day.  🙂 And I was not dressed in Domme gear as you might imagine but I did capture an inadvertent selfie while trying to snag pics of a few of my favorite bands.    I hope you enjoy them ..  more kink fun soon… promise!!
